Common questions

What tools do you use?
JLR Pathfinder, legacy SDD and OEM-approved tools such as Autel ULTRA and CGDI where applicable — all with live manufacturer-gateway access.
Can you programme without an original key?
Yes. All-keys-lost is our speciality. We require proof of ownership (V5 + photo ID) and use secure gateway credentials to relearn keys from scratch.
Will this void my warranty?
Not if performed correctly. We use OEM-level tooling and manufacturer-approved calibration files only. All operations are fully logged.
How long does key programming take?
A spare key typically takes 30–60 minutes. All-keys-lost 1.5–2 hours. ECU and module programming varies from 45 minutes to half a day.
Do you offer mobile programming?
Yes — mobile programming at your location for key fob and certain module-coding tasks. Remote-via-OBD available for some operations.
Can you code a second-hand ECU?
In most cases yes. We can VIN-match, virginise and recode second-hand BCMs and ECUs for most JLR platforms. We advise on restrictions upfront.
